Reporting a wrong number
This is the message worth sending, and the one that gets acted on fastest. To reproduce a problem, four things are needed:
- Which calculator you were using
- The exact values you entered in each field
- The result the site gave you
- The result you expected, and how you worked it out
That last one matters more than it sounds. Most reported discrepancies turn out to be a difference in the grading model rather than an arithmetic error — a dropped lowest score, a category that has not been graded yet, or a school-specific rounding policy. Seeing your working makes it obvious which one it is.
Requesting a calculator
If there is a grading setup this site does not handle, describe it and include the relevant lines from your syllabus. Conditional weighting — a final that replaces a lower midterm, an exam exemption above a certain grade, a category whose weight is redistributed when empty — comes up often and is the most likely thing to be added.

What this address is not for
It is not a tutoring service, and it cannot help you appeal a grade or contact your instructor. If you are disputing a grade, your registrar or academic advising office is the right first stop, and your institution’s grade appeal policy will set out the deadline — which is usually short.
